Strengthening Leaders
Church leaders like you face daunting challenges leading your churches. Those challenges are heightened when you face them alone. As a part of GCC, church leaders are encouraged, equipped, and strengthened in every aspect of their work.

Leading your church to plant churches—with all of the information, strategies, and models out there—can easily cause pastors to bog down looking for similar outcomes. GCC provides a community that understands people and churches are different and context matters.
How the Collective strengthens leaders:
Cohorts
Cohorts are designed to provide group-based coaching to pastors or leaders in similar stages or types of ministry. They focus on training in competencies, practices, and growth as a godly leader.
Webinars
These are topical training events focused on church ministry, leadership, and care for Sr. Pastors, Ministry Wives, Ministry Leaders, and Elders.
Micro-Conferences
These may vary in size and location, but they will mainly consist of Pastors gathering regionally for fellowship, preaching training, elder training, discipleship training, and other such vital topics for ministry leadership.
Church Visits
A GCC team member, upon invitation from the church, can meet with you and your elders to offer counsel or assess certain areas of the church and provide feedback.
Conference
Once a year we hold a large ministry conference. It is open to anyone but is predominately focused on member churches and their leaders for the purpose of fellowship, refueling, and equipping.
Coaching
We offer opportunities for leadership coaching by other Sr. Pastors or GCC Staff in an ongoing relationship for a pre-set period of time.
Consulting
This is similar to coaching, save that this would be short term and issue-focused. Consulting would work through the GCC Team or approved partners.
Counseling
GCC provides supplemental care to leaders who may need individual or marital counsel short term. GCC has a leader care team with qualified biblical counselors ready to help as needed.
Crisis Care
The leadership care team is also here to help when a leader or church team is in crisis. We will assess the best way to help and either meet with you onsite or help get the right resources in place to support leadership.
