Cohorts are designed to provide group-based coaching to pastors and leaders in similar stages or types of ministry. The focus is on training in order to grow as a godly leader.

These are topical training events focused on church ministry, leadership, and care for Sr. Pastors, Ministry Wives, Ministry Leaders and Elders.

These consist of pastors gathering regionally for fellowship, preaching training, elder training, discipleship training and other vital topics for ministry leadership.

Upon invitation from the church, a GCC team member can meet with you and your elders to offer counsel or assess certain areas of the church to provide feedback and support.

Once a year we hold a large ministry conference. It is open to anyone but is predominately focused on member churches and their leaders for the purpose of fellowship, strengthening and equipping.

We offer opportunities for leadership coaching by other sr. pastors or GCC staff in an ongoing relationship.

Issue-focused support for pastors and church leaders provided by a GCC team member or approved partner.

GCC provides supplemental care to leaders who may need individual or marital counsel. GCC has a leader care team with qualified biblical counselors who are ready to help.

Our leadership care team is also here to help when a leader or church team is in crisis. We will assess the best way to help and meet with you onsite or help get the right resources in place to support leadership.
